Characteristics of the Slip-sheet ECOLOGISTIK® Classic

Resistant material : Made from Kraft liner, the ECOLOGISTIK® Classic slip-sheet offers exceptional strength, ensuring the safety and stability of goods during transport.

Optional coatings : Slip-sheets can be coated with anti-slip and/or hydrophobic solutions to improve their grip and resistance to moisture, guaranteeing optimum product protection.

High load-bearing capacity: As the flagship product in the range, ECOLOGISTIK® Classic slip-sheet can withstand loads of up to 1.5 tonnes, providing a robust solution for transporting a variety of goods.

Also available: ECOLOGISTIC® Heavy, for loads of over 1.5 tonnes, and ECOLOGISTIK® Light, for loads of less than 800 kg.

The products are palletised directly onto a sheet of ECOLOGISTIK® cardboard, making it easy to handle various types of load thanks to the Slip-Sheet. CGP offers a variety of solutions adapted to different mechanical strength requirements, depending on the weight of the loads or the type of packaging (cartons, bags, big-bags, wooden crates, etc.).

To handle Slip-Sheet, simply fit your forklift trucks with a Push-Pull system or support rollers. ECOLOGISTIK® Slip-Sheet ensures the stability and safety of palletised products during handling and transport, replacing the traditional use of pallets with a more efficient and ecological ECOLOGISTIK® solution.

Every manufacturer has unique processes, but the flow of a product from palletisation to storage, loading, transport and unloading remains broadly the same for everyone. The use of the pallet may remain a necessity in-house, but Slip-sheet can be used with or without the pallet.

push-pull and rollerfork drive systems

Description of the two main handling systems:

Push-Pull system: This device, installed on the forks of the forklift truck, comprises an apron fitted with a clamp and two trays. When loading, the clamp grips the Slip-Sheet by its tongue, then pulls it onto the two trays, which retract into the forks. When unloading, a mechanism consisting of the apron and a vertical arm pushes the load away from the truck platform. The system is versatile, allowing loading and unloading in a variety of contexts, including lorries, containers, floor storage areas and pallets. It also offers the possibility of stacking loads. Load roller system: With this system, the forklift truck is fitted with load rollers attached to its forks, making it easier to lift and transport the load. When loading, the forks, fitted with rollers, slide under the load, allowing it to be lifted. For unloading, a slight inclination of the forks with rollers allows the load to slide off the forks, facilitating the process.
