Your handling equipment, whether it has a Push-Pull system or load-bearing rollers, is perfectly compatible with Slip-Sheet, ensuring easy handling.

push-pull and rollerfork drive systems

The two main handling configurations:

Push-Pull system: This device, integrated into the forks of the truck, comprises an apron fitted with a clamp and two trays. When loading, the clamp grips the tongue of the slip-sheet, pulling it onto the two trays, which can then be retracted into the forks. When unloading, the apron, assisted by a vertical arm, pushes the load off the truck platform. This system allows loads to be loaded and unloaded into a lorry or container, on the ground, on pallets, or even to be stacked in another location or in a silo equipped with shelving. It can also be used to stack loads. We work with BOLZONI when it comes to equipment.
Support roller system: With this system, the forks of the truck are fitted with support rollers. During loading, these forks under the load make it easier to lift. When unloading, a slight inclination of the forks with rollers allows the load to slide easily. This device is ideal for loading and unloading goods into a lorry or container, onto a floor storage area, or directly onto a pallet. Our partners for this equipment are ROLLERFORKS.
