Made from top-of-the-range materials, this Slip-Sheet is manufactured in compact kraft liner, with a Kraft/Kraft configuration, guaranteeing strength and durability. Its meticulous design, with a thickness of just 1 mm, makes optimum use of space, while offering an impressive load capacity of up to 1.8 tons.

Implementation

Your products are now palletized on an ECOLOGISTIK® HEAVY cardboard sheet, an innovation that facilitates the handling of various types of loads thanks to the Slip-Sheet.

The CGP series meets all requirements in terms of mechanical strength, adapted to the weight of the loads or the nature of the packaging (cartons, bags, big-bags, wooden crates, etc.). To handle the Slip-Sheet efficiently, your forklift truck can be fitted with either a Push-Pull system or a load-bearing roller device.

ECOLOGISTIK® Slip-Sheet ensures optimum stability for palletized products during handling and transportation.

PUSH-PULL MECHANISING SYSTEMS and rollerforks

  • Description of the two most common handling methods:

Push-Pull method:
This system is characterized by a forklift truck whose forks are equipped with an apron featuring a clamp and two sliding platforms.
For loading, the clamp grips the Slip-sheet by its end and pulls it towards the two platforms, which then retract towards the forks.
When unloading, the Slip-sheet, assisted by a vertical arm, pushes the load away from the truck bed. This system enables goods to be loaded and unloaded into trucks or containers, as well as deposited on the ground, on pallets, or stacked on top of other loads in vertical storage areas (equipped with shelving).
It also offers the possibility of stacking loads.

Roller conveyor” method:
This solution involves a forklift truck whose forks are fitted with a roller system.
- To load goods onto the truck, the forks, equipped with rollers, position themselves under the load, thus facilitating its lifting onto the forks.
- For unloading, the forks, still equipped with rollers, are tilted slightly to allow the load to slide off safely.
This device is suitable for loading and unloading goods into trucks or containers, as well as for placing them on the ground or on pallets.
