STABUSTOP® Ultra anti-slip paper formats are easy to use at the foot of pallets.

  • Selecting the right size: Choose the size of the spacers according to the size of the pallets and loads to ensure optimum coverage and effective stabilisation.
  • Pallet preparation: Before stacking goods, place the non-slip pad directly on the foot of the pallet to create a stable base.
  • Stacking goods: Place cartons or products directly on the divider, taking advantage of its non-slip surface to reduce the risk of slipping.
  • Compliance with standards: Ensure that the use of spacers complies with industry standards, such as VDI 2700, for full compatibility with safety and quality requirements.

The format is positioned manually at the foot of the pallet before the products are stacked.

The format can also be used in automatic mode with the EXCALIBUR Base Dispenser format cutting machine.
